Another one: DJ Khaled is buying a $26M mansion in Miami Beach

One of the most recognized names in international music, whose real name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, aka DJ Khaled, is under contract to buy a $25.9 million home in Miami Beach. Douglas Elliman is representing the seller, Michael Lerner, who popularized the “Baby on Board” sign.

The 13,000-square foot residence is located on Pine Tree Drive and occupies a 1-acre lot, with approximately 105 feet of waterfront on the Indian Creek Waterway. The house features five bedrooms, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and a home-theater plus a guesthouse with four bedrooms.

Lerner paid $4.95 million for the site in 2013, according to the property records.
