Vertical construction officially begins at Missoni Baia

Construction is underway at Missoni Baia, in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. After eleven months of foundation work, the building is coming out of the ground. Spectacular oceanfront homes are priced at $ 500,000.

Missoni Baia will offer 1 to 5 rooms, and when completed the project will rise 649 feet above sea level in 57 stories. Units will feature panoramic views of the city, Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and/or the ocean from spacious terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass. Gourmet kitchens and luxurious master suites will complement the exclusive condos.

Missoni Baia amenities will focus primarily on health and wellness. The development will offer one of the largest beach resorts in the entire city. On top of the luxurious spa, an Olympic-length swimming pool, a lounge pool, an outdoor spa, children’s play areas, a 1,700-square-foot gym, a private yoga studio and a private screening room will be offered.

Missoni Baia is currently on schedule for a completion in 2020.
