José Isaac Peres unveils 57 Ocean sales gallery

The new sales center for the 57 Ocean project was inaugurated this week with music by New World Symphony and fireworks. The two-story sales center cost $3 million and comprise 5,000 square feet. The project of Brazilian billionaire José Isaac Peres, owner of Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management, will have 18 floors and 81 units and will be located at 5775 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.

In a tour led by Peres, visitors observe in the sales center a model unit on the second floor, which included a living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, closets and terrace, as well as tower and the neighborhood scale models.

Peres chose Arquitectonica as the architecture company, while Brazilian architect Patricia Anastassiadis is designing the interiors. Edgardo Defortuna’s Fortune Development Sales is managing sales and marketing.

57 Ocean has units ranging from 1,200 square feet to 7,000 square feet, and prices between $ 1.5 million to $ 31 million. Each residence will have private elevator entrance, 12-foot-wide terrace and Italian kitchens and bathrooms by Poliform. A few two-bedroom apartments are designed to be combined into four-bedroom units with staff quarters.

Amenities include a yoga deck and spa, steam room, an outdoor wellness garden, massage rooms, two pools, summer kitchen pavilion, a pool bar, club room fitness center and library.

Foundation work has already started, and construction will begin in April, notwithstanding the level of presales, though Peres said he anticipates to reach 30 percent by that time. He is self-funding of the project without financing. The project is scheduled to finish in September 2021.
