Panorama Tower offers state of the art amenities for their pet-loving residents – Dogtown

Panorama Tower, Miami’s iconic tower that earned its name by its soaring heights, just announced a new retailer that will be a perfect amenity for dog lovers. Panorama Tower is the tallest building in Florida, and it’s recently decided to venture into retail.

Dogtown will be the building’s first retail tenant. Dogtown isn’t your run of the mill pet store; it’s a full retail location that will feature a pet hotel, spa, and daycare facility. The Dogtown location is set to open on Panorama Tower’s second floor this coming June. The retail area will take up over 3,300 square feet of space on the second floor of the building.

While the Dogtown retail location will be open to the public, the residents of the Panorama Tower will get exclusive benefits. It pays to be a Panorama resident when you’re allowed early drop-offs and special upgraded services. Another perk given to Panorama residents is the all-inclusive pass packages. They range from $250 for a 10-day all-inclusive pass to $1,200 for a 60 day all inclusive pass.

Dogs may be spoiled at Panorama Tower, but they’re not the only ones. The 85-story development offers a large selection of amenities for humans as well. The development is host to three private movie theaters for Panorama Tower residents. There is also a yoga and pilates studio and personal wine lockers for resident’s wine collections. The building also provides discounted rent to residents who do not currently own cars and electric car charging stations, helping them to promote the environmental protection as well as to encourage Brickell’s walkability.

Residential move-ins begin in April, 2018.
