Paramount Miami Worldcenter tops off

The construction at Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami has now achieved its final height of 700 feet. Workers celebrated the milestone by flying the flags of 50 countries representing the tower’s many international buyers. Paramount Miami Worldcenter has more international buyers than any other single residential building in the United States, according to its developers.

Once completed, the luxury condominium will offer 513 unique residences in the heart of the city plus amenities including an outdoor soccer field, a boxing studio, two tennis courts, game room, golf simulator, indoor basketball court, rooftop observatory, 26 for-sale poolside cabanas, and also the first residential “Skyport” specifically designed to accommodate flying cars of the future.

Upon completion, the Miami Worldcenter will be a 30-acre destination. It will consist of the mall at Miami Worldcenter, the 7th Street Promenade, a 1,800-room hotel and a residential space. It is guaranteed to become one of Miami’s top entertainment destinations.

The Paramount Miami Worldcenter project broke ground in late 2016 and expects to welcome residents in the first quarter of 2019.
