Developer submits plans for a luxury condo on Ocean Drive

The same week developer Jose Isaac Peres celebrated the opening of 57 Ocean Sales Center, an affiliate of Peres’ Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management submitted plans for the construction of a new project on Ocean Drive. The project will be called 312 Ocean Park.

The four-story, ten units building located at 304 and 312 Ocean Drive in the South-of-Fifth neighborhood is across the street from Marjory Stoneman Douglas Park, a 2.5-acre public beachfront park. Due to its location in the Ocean Beach Historic District, the historic preservation board has to approve the plans for the project. Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture is designing the project.

312 Ocean Park will count with two duplex penthouses and two lanai-style homes, as well as a private amenity deck with a pool. Sales and construction could start as early as 2020, but the process won’t begin until the approval process is done. The building will be delivered 12 to 14 months after groundbreaking.

In December, the developer bought the 11,500-square-foot site of 312 Ocean Park for $ 9.85 million, according to Marcelo Kingston, managing partner of Multiplan.
