Video: Turnberry Ocean Club Tops Off At 54 Stories In Sunny Isles Beach

In Sunny Isles Beach, Turnberry Ocean Club, designed by architect Carlos Zapata, has topped off. The project, a 54-story, 649-foot, is now one of the tallest buildings on the Atlantic Coast, according to developers. The project will comprise of 154 condo units.

Jeffrey Soffer, from Fontainebleau Development, is the developer.

Completion is expected for Spring 2020.
